Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

  • The Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty card and benefits are operated by Uniforms R Us Ltd, 7a Park road, St Annes on Sea, Lancashire FY8 1QX. Registered in England Company no: 9786630.  Please send any correspondence to this address.
  • To get the latest terms and conditions or for general enquiries please call 01253 725246, write to Top Marque Uniforms, Customer Care, 7a Park road, St Annes on Sea, Lancashire FY8 1QX.  Top Marque Uniforms can cancel, withdraw or alter the loyalty card scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual Loyalty card account without notice.
  • All Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty cards belong to Uniforms R Us Ltd.
  • The Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty card scheme is only valid in the UK and at topmarqueuniforms.com.
  • We do not issue additional cards for the same account.
  • If we identify that you hold two or more Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty cards or accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion
  • The Top MarqueUniforms Loyalty card is for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. Top Marque Uniforms reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage. Top Marque Uniforms can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty card account and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme or its associated offers.
  • Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty card points will be removed from accounts that haven’t been used for two years or have been closed.
  • To benefit from the Top MarqueUniforms Loyalty Card scheme you must be a United Kingdom resident aged 12 years or over. Top Marque Uniforms will not communicate with a customer until an appropriate age of consent is reached.
  • Uniforms R Us Ltd (trading as Top Marque Uniforms Ltd) is committed to protecting your privacy. We will always keep your personal information safe. We will never sell it to third parties and will only send you targeted marketing material if you have agreed we can do so.
  • The standard number of points you will collect are four Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty card points for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases; however the number of points collected can vary, e.g. for End of line products, Shoes, Scouting, Guiding, Embroidery and Printing you will collect one point for every £1 spent. In store points will usually be added to your Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty Card account at the time you buy products and services included in the scheme
  • If you forget your Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty card, please ask your sales assistant to find your account in the database at time of purchase, failure to do so will result in the points not being added to your account. Points cannot be added retrospectively to your Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty card account.
  • After shopping online on topmarqueuniforms.com your points will automatically be uploaded
  • On to your Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty Card account within five days of your products being dispatched providing you have a valid Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty card account and you have entered the appropriate details whilst doing the online purchase. Failure to enter the appropriate details will result in the points not being added to your Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty card account.
  • Delivery charges do not count toward the pounds for points total.
  • Points are not available when redeeming gift vouchers.
  • One point is worth one penny to spend on products in store and online at topmarqueuniforms.com. We will not exchange Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty Card points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.
  • You must have enough Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty Card points to cover the cost of the product; you cannot make a part payment of points towards a product or service.
  • Top Marque Uniforms reserves the right to ask for identification such as driving licence or bus pass when spending points.
  • We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty Card points collection and redemption in store and/or online without notice. Spending points may be subject to availability in store or online
  • If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of points collected from your Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty Card account
  • If a product you buy with Top Marque Uniforms Loyalty Card points is faulty, please return it to the store. If necessary, we will credit your account with the right number of points. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
